  • 2 Photos( Recent passport size colour photo with 80% face focus - coloured shirt and White background ).
  • Covering letter on company letterhead with company stamp/seal and also mentioning complete address of the Invitee.
  • Original Invitation with company Round stamp and Signature of the authorised signatory  (Need in both english and in Ukraine Local Language)
  • Registration Certificate of Ukrainian Company .
  • Updated last 06 month original Bank Statement with stamp and signature with minimum balance of 1.8 Lakh ( It should be till dated)
  • Insurance 
  • Ticket
  • 1 Form to be online http://visa.mfa.gov.ua/.
