  • Man Agent contract copy (agreement/contract between the Greek company and shipping agent)
  • Ship IMO number copy.
  • Following Certificates: 1.Personal safety and social responsibility 2. Personal survival techniques 3. Elementary first aid 4. Fire prevention and fire fighting 5. On watch keeping
  • Valid passport with atleast 3 months validity from the date of travel.
  • 2 Visa Application Form duly filled in and signed- Photocopy can be used
  • 2 Recent passport size colour photographs with light background to be glued on the appropriate place on the visa application form.
  • Covering letter from the applicant on company letter head stating his name, designation, purpose and duration of visit.
  • Employment Contract copy from the counterpart Company in Greece shoild be directly faxed to the Embassy and one copy to us.
  • Police Clearance Certificate (PCC) from Passport office and attested by APOSTLE.
  • Foreign Exchange endorsement / Copy of Credit cards
  • Confirmed return Air Ticket.
  • Personal Bank Statement for last 6 months.
  • Income Tax returns for last three years
