  • Detailed Covering letter (mentioning passengers name, designation , passport number) on letter head with company seal and name/designation/contact no of signatory.
  • Return Confirmed Ticket.
  • Invitation to be faxed directly to the Embassy on Fax no. 011-26875731 and one copy to along with visa application.
  • If passenger traveling first time to Ethiopia then recommendation letter from chamber of commerce required
  • Approval from Ethiopian Immigration department.

  • Yellow Fever Certificate.

  • Covering letter from applicant.
  • Supporting letter from the Employees institution in Ethiopia, clearly indicating whether the dependents will be visiting temporarily or will stay with the Employee till his/her tenure.
  • Copy of residence ID of the Employee.
  • Original Marriage Certificate / Birth Certificate / Affidavit of the family members applying for visa. Affidevit should indicate date and place of Marriage. One set of photocopies also should be attached. Originals will be returned back after verification.
  • Yellow Fever Certificate.
