  • IT Return last 2 years.

  • 4 Recent passport size colour photographs with a light background to be separately attached.

  • Original Work Permit Contract (contrato de trabajo) duly signed by Employer in Chile and notorized.(photo copy/ fax copy not acceptable).
  • PCC issued by the passport office where the applicant is residing. The certificate should be endorsed in the passport.
  • Curriculum Vitae along with the copies of experience certificate/educational, degree/diploma in support of educational qualification.
