Visa Type

  • 2 Photos ( Passport size, recent Camera clicked photo with white background and 80% face focus)
  • Covering letter on company letterhead with seal and signature
  • Bulgarian Party to send Original Official Invitation(form no4) (u can see the format of invitation in our visa form section under Bulgarian forms) first page of invitation to be attested in original by ministry of interior in Sofia with their reference no on it and second page to be attested by notary public in original in Sofia
  • Ticket
  • Hotel
  • Insurance.
  • NOC
  • Latest personal bank statement (6 months) with original bank seal and signature of authorized signatory.
  • Last three year ITR.

  • Covering letter on company letter head stating his name, designation, purpose and duration of visit.
  • Original document/voucher/issued by a tourist organization/tour operator for prepaid tourist services. The voucher should explicitly contain the License number of the tourist organization/tour operator, issued by the Bulgarian Ministry of Economy, the name and License number of the hotel, and the duration of the prepaid tourist services(applicable if the travel is part of an organized tour).

  • Proof of sufficient financial means for the stay in Bulgaria. If accommodation is prepaid-minimum EUR 50 per day. If accommodation has to be arranged by the applicant personally-minimum EUR 100 per day. Documents of proof : bank statements, supported by recent income tax return forms
  • Original and photocopy of the medical insurance policy.
  • ITR for last 3 yrs
  • 1 Visa Application Form
  •  Photos ( Passport size, recent Camera clicked photo with white background and 80% face focus)
  • Covering letter on companies letter head stating his name, designation, purpose and duration of visit
  • Official invitation from the person staying in Bulgaria(issued on a standard form at the local municipality)
  • Proof of sufficient financial means for the stay in Bulgaria.If accomodation is perpaid or provided by host-minimum EUR 50 per day.If accommodation has to be arranged by the applicant personally-minimum EUR 100 per day
  • Photocopy of the medical insuarance policy.
  • Latest personal bank statement(6 months) with original bank seal and signature of authorised signatory.
