  • Covering letter from applicant on company’s letter head stating his name, designation, purpose and duration of visit.
  • Original Invitation Letter from the Bosnian Company attested by following Bosnian Authorities: Bosnian Chamber of Commerce. or Local Municipality
  • Ticket
  • Insurance
  • Original updated last 6 month bank statement.
  • Copies of Credit card.
  • Valid passport with at least 6 month validity from the date of travel.
  • 2 Visa Application Forms.
  • 2 Photos ( Passport size,recent Camera clicked photo with white background and 80% face focus)
  • Covering letter from applicant on company’s letter head stating his name, designation, purpose and duration of visit.
  • Hotel confirmation with complete contact details or Invitation letter from Invitee/Bosnian National (sponsor) stating the Applicants Name, Passport Number, Date of Birth, Purpose and duration of visit. This letter further needs to be attested by the Local Municipal and Local Police Authority.
  • Original updated last 6 month bank statement
