  • 1. Original Passport: 
    2. Visa application 
    3. Photo: Two (2) recent passport style, color photograph (4 x 4 cm). White
    background. Front Face.
    4. Cover letter by the applicant, addressed to the Visa Section of the Embassy of Argentina in Delhi, must include the following: purpose of visit, duration of stay in Argentina, passport details of the applicant, who will bear all the expenses for the trip. The mentioned note should be notarized and translated into Spanish 
    5. Letter from the company for which the applicant is working, explaining the purpose of the trip, confirming that the applicant is currently employed by the company -including for how long- and it must be accompanied by the last 3 months' salary/pay-slip and last 3 year's Income Tax Return -ITR-.
    The letter must be written on company letter-head, signed by the person in charge, notarized and translated into Spanish (the translation does not need to be
    notarized).
  • If  owner of the business, please add a copy of your business’ official
    registration and last 3 year's Income Tax Return -ITR-. .    
    6. A letter from the corresponding Chamber of Commerce of the Indian state where their company/institution is registered, or a letter from the corresponding Federation, Council, or Association in which the company is registered. Or, a certified copy of the official “Certificate of Incorporation” of the Company with the Ministry of Industry and Commerce in the country of origin duly notarized (please
    provide also translation into Spanish by a professional translator).
    7.  Invitation letter from the inviting company in Argentina. The company must be registered in the RENURE (Registro Nacional Único de Requirentes Extranjeros). The invitation letter must follow the guildelines stipulated in the website of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, International Trade and Worship of Argentina. We strongly encourage to read the guidelines in the website previously mentioned.
    8. Hotel reservation in Argentina.
    9. Flight Reservation 
    10. Evidence of funds: copy of applicant’s bank statements for the last six months along with an account balance certificate, attested by the bank, (and copy of an international credit card, if available).
    11. The applicant's personal tax returns for the last 3 years, and 3 months’ pay slip.

  • 14 COVID vaccination certificate name as in the passport.
           Please note passenger will be called for the interview, once embassy review the case hence  passengers needs to provide their direct contact number and Email ID in the form.

    applicant, passport details of those accompanying the applicant, who will bear all the expenses for the trip. The
    mentioned note should be non-officially translated into Spanish.
  • A letter from your employer confirming that you are currently employed at the company and for how long (in
    case you are on leave, it should also be stated in the letter). This letter must be written on company letter-head,
    signed by the person in charge, notarized and duly translated to Spanish by a professional translator (the translation
    does not need to be notarized). It should also be accompanied by the last 3 months' salary/pay-slip and last 3 year's
    Income Tax Return -ITR-.
    If  owner of the business, please add a copy of your business’ official registration and last 3 year's

    If  self-employed or a student, you need to present all documents/certificates related to your current
    occupation. All such documents must be notarized and duly translated into Spanish by a professional translator (the
    translation does not need to be notarized).

  • Day to day itinerary dully notorised on the letter head of tour arranger.
  • Letter on the tour operator in Argentina on letter head undertaking the trip responsibility dully Notorised.
  • Income Tax paper of last year and Bank statement of last Six months
  • Original  Bank statement for last 6 month , must have the name of the Bank Officer issuing the bank statement, with complete contact details of bank including the phone number. As embassy would call the bank to verify this account
  • Authorization letter addressing to embassy authoirzing Mr Chida Nand Jha  from the applicant for the submission and collection of passport.

Time taken:

15-20 working days

 

  1. Passport valid for at least six (6) months at the time of entering Argentina, with at least two (2) blank pages.
  2. Two (2) current 4 x 4 cm photographs, facing the camera, printed in colour, on a white background
  3. Visa application form filled out (preferably in electronic format) and signed by the applicant
  4. Proof of address within the jurisdiction of the Consulate (such as a utility bill or other document that serves as proof).
  5. An apostilled or legalized certificate of good conduct issued by the competent authority of the countries where they resided for more than one year over the previous three years
  6. Commitment to tell the truth or Sworn affidavit of their lack of a criminal record in other countries, signed before the consul
  7. Employment contract signed by the employer and including the registration number of the contracting company with  the National Registry of Petitioners on behalf of Foreign Applicants (RENURE). The signature of the company's representative must be certified by an Argentine Notary Public and the relevant Association of Notaries Public. The visa applicant must sign the contract before the Consul. If the host is not registered with RENURE, please call (54-11) 4317-0200/0303/0337 to complete the registration.
  8. Payment of migration fee
  9. Payment of consular fee: 250 US dollars or euros, depending on the Consular Office where the application is filed. The fee must be paid in the local currency of the Consular Office
Applications are personal and the applicant must submit the following documents (an original and a copy) at the Consular Office:
  1. Passport valid for at least six (6) months at the time of entering Argentina, with at least two (2) blank pages.
  2. Two (2) current 4 x 4 cm photographs, facing the camera, printed in colour, on a white background.
  3. Visa application form filled out (preferably in electronic format) and signed by the applicant.
  4. Program of study.
  5. Electronic filing of the student data by the educational institution in the National Directorate of Migration.
  6. The educational institution must be duly registered with the National Registry of Petitioners on behalf of Foreign Applicants of Argentina (RENURE) and have their inscription number. If the host is not registered with RENURE, please call (54-11) 4317-0200/0303/0337 to complete the registration.
  7. Proof of sufficient funds to cover stay and study expenses (consular authorities may request copies of bank account statements, credit card statements, or other).
  8. In the case of travellers aged 16 or older travelling for a period exceeding 6 (six) months, an apostilled or legalized certificate of good conduct issued by the competent authority of the countries where they resided for more than one year over the previous three years.
  9. In the case of travellers aged 16 or older travelling for a period exceeding 6 (six) months, commitment to tell the truth or sworn affidavit of their lack of a criminal record in other countries, signed before the consul.
  10. Payment of consular fee: 150 US dollars or euros, depending on the Consular Office where the application is filed. The fee must be paid in the local currency of the Representation.
  11. Consular interview.
  12. If the student is a minor, authorization by both parents in order to apply for the visa and the name of the tutor responsible in Argentina.
